The BAL.PM Europe includes:

set-up of "your project" website on our server (e.g. your-project.balport.com) including 2 GB reserved database space and unlimited data transfer volume.
a secured server
full back-up service
continuous update-service on BAL.PM (new/improved functionality),
e-mail hotline for functional questions (24h response time during working days).

Our offer includes also a one-day training in our office for up to 10 participants. Alternatively an introduction can be given by telephone conference.
After the end of the project you get all project-data as a database-dump on CD-ROM/DVD.

In addition to the base arrangement we offer four on top packages:

Add on package 1:
Set-up of project structure and filling in basic partner-data. Basis is the project contract, technical-annex/work-programme and the cpf-forms of partners.

Add on package 2:
Set-up, administration and hub for project-internal e-mail lists. This would enable each of your project partners to send project internal mail to one address (the email list) which than distributes it further to all project partners mentioned on that list. (max. e-mail size1 MB).

Add on package 3:
Offer for a project website against your specification.

Add on package 4:
Training on BAL.PM and coaching for Project Management at your site.

Your BAL.PM will be ready for service one week after contract signature and receiving all necessary information about your project.
